  2. Everyone has heard that you should brush twice and floss daily. But did you ever take a pause to think that are you brushing correctly or not? As there are some bad ways to brush your teeth. Consider these tips for brushing your teeth properly

  3. Pick the Right Brush Choosing the right brush is one of the first steps to brush your teeth property. It will help you to clean your teeth properly. 1.

  4. Pick the Right Toothpaste There are several options like mint, whitening, tartar complete care etc are available in the market, but be sure to check ADA approval on the toothpaste that you will choose. 2.

  5. Move the Right Way The purpose of brushing your teeth is to sweep away plaque and prevention from gums. The best to brush your teeth is to move the brush at a 45- degree angle in up and down or circular motion on the front and backside of teeth. 3.

  6. Keep Brushing! Brushing helps us to eliminate bacteria which causes cavities and bad breath and to do this job effectively, you must keep brushing for 2 whole minutes! 4.
