  3. Minnesota Registration & Certification • The MR & C will have benefits such as: • Web-based; access from any computer with internet capabilities • No transmitting • Duplicate Record Alerts • Online Training Tools with simple step by step instructions.

  4. Requirements • Microsoft Explorer 6.0 Mozilla Firefox 3.0.1 and Safari 3.2.2 web browsers on Windows XP, Vista, and MAC Operatingsystems. • Download the latest version Adobe Acrobat Reader which is free. • All users automatically see the latest version of the application as soon as it has been deployed by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Office of the State Registrar (OSR). • You will, however, have to login to the system with a username and password.

  5. Login Screen/Self Password Reset • Access the test URL site • Enter Your User Name • Enter Your Password • Select the Login Button • Reset Your Own Password if you forget.

  13. Training Workshops – St. Paul, MN • The Field Services Unit has developed customized (1-day) training to focus on each section of the MR&C. • Your “Designated Trainer” will receive a complete reference guide and materials to instruct his/her own groups.
