  2. Login • http://projects.kennesaw.edu/ • Click User Login

  3. Login • https://www.teamdynamix.com/KennesawTDNext/Login.aspx • Log in using KSU Net I.D. and Password

  4. Set Up - Applications • Click Apps and select My Work and Projects from the drop down menu

  5. Set Up - Desktop • Click Projects tab and then Edit Project Desktop

  6. Set Up - Desktop • Click and drag modules to the columns as you see fit then save and close the pop-up.

  7. My Work • Click the My Work app at the top and select My Assignments to see all tasks

  8. My Work • To denote assignments you are currently pursuing, use the add button to move the tasks to the My Work default tab (optional)

  9. Updating Tasks using My Work • From either My Work or My Assignments, click Update to launch the Update Window

  10. Updating Tasks using My Work • Update to the appropriate percentage and completion date when applicable, then save.

  11. My Work • To keep up with completed tasks and resolved issues, the My Work tab has a My Accomplishments section which display these within the selected time frame

  12. Updating Tasks using My Tasks • From the projects tab, select the task you wish to update

  13. Updating Tasks using My Tasks • Select the Update button on the resulting popup window.

  14. Updating Tasks using My Tasks • Fill in the percent complete, add a comment if required, then click save.

  15. Viewing Project Plans • Click Project tab at the top of the page • Select the project • Click Plans to launch the plan manager

  16. Viewing Project Plan • Click the plan to open it and view tasks

  17. Updating Tasks on Plan • Double click the task to launch task details

  18. Updating Tasks on Plan • Select green Actions button then select Update from the dropdown

  19. Updating Tasks on Plan • Update to the appropriate percentage and time used, select the time type, then save.

  20. Editing Time • If hours have been updated incorrectly, you can edit them by using the My Time Card in My Work

  21. Editing Time • My Time Card lists all of your time entries by project for each task. • To edit, click on the time corresponding with the task and the date.

  22. Editing Time • Select Edit to change the timeor Delete to remove • In Edit, update the hours number and then select save.

  23. Creating Issues on a Plan • Double click the task to launch task details

  24. Creating Issues on Plan • Select the Issues tab on the Task Details window

  25. Creating Issues on Plan • On the Issues tab, select the Create Issue button to create the issue on that task

  26. Creating Issues on Plan • Fill out the boxes asdescribed and selectSave to add the Issue to the task. • The person listed as Responsible will have the issue listed undertheir My Work.

  27. Creating Issues from Plan • The issue will also populate under the Issues tab on the Task Details.

  28. Creating Issues from Plan • Issues will also be denoted with the ! icon on the task in the Plan Manager.

  29. Creating Issues using Projects • You can also create issues using the Issues section under the projectname in the Projects tab.

  30. Creating Issues using Projects • When first clicked on, it will display all the issues on the project. • To add a new issue, click New Issue

  31. Creating Issues using Projects • The issue is created just as before, only you have the option to assign it to a specific task using the search tool or have it be over the entire project (denoted by leaving the Task field blank).

  32. Editing Desktops • Each application can have an edited default view • View options by clicking Edit Desktop under the application tabs

  33. Editing Desktop • Click and drag modules to the columns as you see fit

  34. Multiple Desktops • New main desktop views can be established using the “+ New Desktop” button.

  35. Multiple Desktops • Your desktop to be currently viewed can be selected from a dropdown on the top right.
