The Two Types of Verbs There are two types of verbs: • Regular verbs • Irregular verbs
Regular verb: A verb whose past and past participle are formed by adding –ed or –d to the present. Ex.Moved, traveled
Irregular verb: A verb whose past and past participle are NOTformed by adding –ed or –d to the present. Ex. Bring- Brought Catch- Caught Dig- Dug
