  5. A Faithful Witness means: Trustworthy 1 Timothy 1:15 True Revelation 21:5 An exact testimony Hebrews 1:3 Steadfast Hebrews 6:19,20

It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost of all. 1 Timothy 1:15 5 And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” And He *said, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” Revelation 21:5 3 And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. Hebrews 1:3 This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and one which enters within the veil, 20 where Jesus has entered as a forerunner for us, having become a high priest forever Heb6:19,20

I believe in God, the Father almighty,creator of heaven and earth.I believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord,who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,born of the Virgin Mary,suffered under Pontius Pilate,was crucified, died, and was buried;He descended to the dead.On the third day he rose again;He ascended into heaven,He is seated at the right hand of the Father,and He will come to judge the living and the dead.I believe in the Holy Spirit,The holy church,the communion of saints,the forgiveness of sins,the resurrection of the body,and the life everlasting. Amen.

  9. Today we are faced with the rising question of the authenticity of the scriptures and what they have to say of the Son. 1. His birth 2. His resurrection 3. The forgiveness of sins 4. His second coming

  10. We need to remain faithful to the Gospel. Examination of the Gospel is crucial as it was declared, not according to: Personal preference Culture Political party Or defined by our sin

  11. We must be vigilant in coming against deception. For I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy; for I betrothed you to one husband, so that to Christ I might present you as a pure virgin. 3 But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ. 4 For if one comes and preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted, you bear this beautifully. 2 Corinthians 11:2-4

  12. For I am jealous for you with the jealousy of God himself. I promised you as a pure bride to one husband—Christ. 3 But I fear that somehow your pure and undivided devotion to Christ will be corrupted, just as Eve was deceived by the cunning ways of the serpent. 4 You happily put up with whatever anyone tells you, even if they preach a different Jesus than the one we preach, or a different kind of Spirit than the one you received, or a different kind of gospel than the one you believed. 2 Corinthians 11:2-4

  13. According to Genesis 3 the enemy is: Crafty Subtle Liar Ultimately the enemy deceived Eve by impressing her that the ultimate goal was to gain knowledge (To become educated) 1 Corinthians 8 tells us that knowledge puffs up!

  14. We must keep in mind that in the worlds eyes the Gospel is foolishness. 1 Corinthians 1:18 The Gospel is simple The Gospel defies natural law with the virgin birth and the resurrection and the miracles performed by Jesus.

  15. The end time climactic point will be a battle for TRUTH! He is TRUTH To love Him is to love His word. Psalm 119 says his word is a lamp

  16. We live in urgent times, but urgent is not frantic, it should make us focused. The greatest crisis we face today is not abortion, racial tension, the redefinition of marriage or the political atmosphere, the most critical crisis is our Christology!

  17. For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. 1 Corinthians 2:12
