  11. What has been done • CV. ROUGE DE LA REUNION • Production of embryos from embryogenic calli on semi solid medium and from cell suspension • Germination of these embyos • in vitro development of one part of these embryos • Provision to P9 of the other part to continue in vitro development • Provision to P9 of embryo plantlets for acclimatation and field evaluation

What has been done • MESSIDROME and MORADO DE CUENCA (MORASOL) • Culture initiation on march 2000 for embryogenic callus induction • Adaptation of the technique of embryogeneic callus induction to these cv. • Histological studies of the calli • Obtention of embryogenic calli • Maintenance and multiplication of the material
