When accessing the image file directory, the system would search through all fax file images to find an individual fax. Solution The image directory structure is now hashed, and each fax stored in its own unique subfolder within the RightFax directory. Administrators wanted to limit the types of files that can be sent via RightFax. Trying to send a file in an unsupported file type caused increased overhead on the RightFax server. Solution Administrators can now create a white-list of file types that they want the RightFax server to covert for transmission. RightFax will only convert and transmit those file types that are on the white-list.
