Moreover, conveying messages has been made easier, thanks to the man named “Alexander Graham Bell”, who invented the device known as telephone. Messages can now travel instantaneously across continents with no trouble at all. No one can disregard the importance it plays in our lives. But, as the rule of the universe goes, no pros come without a few cons. Telephone has become a great source of communication. The people who have benefitted the most are from the marketing industry. In the past, they were able to dial to just one person at a time, but now with technology advancement and services like auto dialer, they are able to reach out to more people at the same time. One of the basic features of automatic dialer system is that it dials the number of a particular customer and identifies whether the person is answering the phone or not.Only when the phone is connected on the other end does it get transferred to the personnel. This reduces service time for each call, and a number of clients can be identified too, on the basis of how often they pick up the phone and whether it is efficient to call them or not. Auto dialer has successfully changed the service industry for good. Technology is ever changing and evolving, who knows what the future will bring for this software?
