  3. Groundrules • Turn your cellphones off or put them on vibrate • Everyone’s opinion is to be respected • Be on time • Attendance and participation is absolutely expected. While there are unavoidable times when people must be absent, you not being there or not participating puts a burden on your classmates/teammates • Above all, HAVE FUN!

  4. Participant Info Sheet • Please provide as much of the following as you feel comfortable with: • Name • Address (work or home) • Phone (work, home and/or cell) • E-mail address(es)

  5. Individual Activity • You have five index cards • On each of the cards write one issue that you would either like to see discussed in the Forum class or think that it would be taboo to discuss in the Forum class • If you list a taboo issue, write TABOO at the top of the card • If you list a discussion issue, write DISCUSSION at the top of the card

  6. Handouts • Today’s agenda • Schedule of the year’s classes with locations • Speaker/Sponsor Contact List • Team groups to which you are assigned • Individual research project guidelines • Group project guidelines • Project discussion – group or class • Evaluation for Session I • Case study
