  2. CLUB DEVELOPMENT • Supporting clubs to achieve and maintain Focus Club status.

  3. FOCUS CLUB CRITERIA • Achievement, maintenance and renewal of ECB Clubmark Accreditation. • Membership of CAG • Participation in NatWest CricketForce annually • Regular attendance at development group meetings • Willingness to host representative games and training sessions, within reason.

  4. WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT • Encouraging clubs to increase coaching base and upskill existing coaches • Accessing funding to support this • Promoting succession policy at all clubs • Employment opportunities for young club members

  5. FACILITY DEVELOPMENT • County Board Facility Strategy • Advising clubs on ECB Grants and other funding opportunities • Identifying priorities (clubs/type of project) • Supporting applications to ECB
