  1. Changing Your Password on either TITAN of SFAADM Open Internet Explorer and type http://cp.sfasu.edu/ in the Address bar.

  2. Click on “Getting started with mySFA and e-mail”

  3. Click “TITAN” to change the TITAN password.

  4. Fill in the blanks. The passwords will echo only with bullets. Then click “Change Password.” You will be informed of a successful change or the reason it could be done.

  5. Or click “SFAADM” to change the SFAADM password.

  6. Fill in the blanks. The passwords will echo only with bullets. Then click “Change Password.” You will be informed of a successful change or the reason it could be done.

  7. If you don’t remember your old password, you must reset it instead of changing it.

  8. You can also look up your Username, PIN, and Campus ID on this page (each will require your SSN). This information will be needed to reset your password.

  9. Click on the desired option button, enter the appropriate information, then click “Authenticate.” Along with your PIN, you must provide personal identification.

  10. Check only accounts you wish to reset. Then click “Reset Password(s).”

  11. You will be informed that your passwords have been changed or be given the reason that the change could not be made. Enter your desired password, retype it to confirm it, then click “Change Password(s).”
