  4. How to use • Navigate to the screen via menu path • Click Search • Click onto Class to Loan Textbook • Enter details • Click Save Refer also to Online Help

  7. Click onto Class to Record Loan of Textbook

  9. Issue Textbook to Students (1) 0 – No textbook was given to Student 1 – 1 textbook was given to Student

  10. Issue Textbook to Students (2) 0 – No textbook with Student 1 – 1 Textbook with Student **Note: Sum of Balance Qty, Return Qty and Quantity Lost must be equal to Issue Qty

  11. Record Return of Textbook Change value to 0 0 – No textbook with Student 0 – No textbook was returned 1 – 1 textbook was returned

  12. Record Return of Damaged Textbooks 0 – No damaged textbook 1 – 1 damaged textbook 1 – 1 textbook was returned

  13. Record Lost Textbooks 0 – No textbook lost 1 – 1 textbook was lost 1 – 1 textbook was returned 0 – No textbook was returned

  14. Fill in the details

  15. Click Save button
