Speakers’ Bureau Presenting to Healthy Men on the Importance of Early Detection Accomplishments • Basic Presentation • Refined and updated basic presentation • Compiled short, medium and long versions • Added AUA screening criteria • Presented at 3 events • KoC meeting in Plano • Health Day at Baylor/Plano (2 sessions) • Health Day at Medical City/Dallas (2 sessions)

Speakers’ Bureau Presenting to Healthy Men on the Importance of Early Detection Plan for 2010 • Recruit experienced survivor speakers • Equipment – Seek laptop & viewer/projector • Presentation – Obtain medical professional approval for updates • Schedule periodic presentations aligned with free screening, other area medical events • Actively pursue presentations to men’s groups

Quality of Life Education/ Awareness “Working Groups” “Working Groups” Initial Plan Cohort Groups to be formed : • Newly Diagnosed • Recurring after initial or salvage treatments • Recurring after hormonal treatments • Those with documented metastasis • Sessions will be devoted entirely to information sharing, serving as complementary to the more formal group meetings. 4
