Mission: Our intention is to enable people to obtain and sustain a home and be provided with the opportunity to change their lives.

PRS Bond Scheme Clients – Single Homeless or Rough Sleeping in Liverpool; Rough Sleeping across Merseyside Aim - to secure good quality accommodation within the PRS for clients who can maintain a tenancy with support We provide cashless bond in lieu of a deposit – usually equivalent to 4 weeks rent; lasts 6 months We can provide support to manage the tenancy for 6 months or longer if needed There can be a waiting list so we need to receive the referral well in advance of tenancy take-up

  4. Our Offer to Landlords LHA payments made direct to Landlord Up to 4 weeks rent provided as bond to cover deposit/damage Liaison with named worker within Whitechapel to help resolve any issues as they arise. Support provided for 6 months Links with CLASS to encourage best practice
