Sport Services Junior Sailing implementation strategy developed Volunteer recognition plan developed Begin implementation of the National Officiating Program review recommendations New agreement with RORC finalised for Yachting Australia to continue handling IRC arrangements for next 3 years On-line tools for measurement and registration scoped for development Event manual and on-line entry system developed and available Complete RRS and special regulations review 2007/08 Identified Strategic Priorities & Actions

  4. 2007/08 Identified Strategic Priorities & Actions • Training • National level specialist advisors appointed for key Schemes • National Powerboat Scheme review review initiated • National Small Boat Sailing Scheme review initiated • Joint Yachting Australia/RYA Yacht Cruising Scheme launched • RYA relationship consolidated and strengthened • RYA publications available for sale to YATCs • Remaining US Sailing training texts produced • RTO Status secured and maintained

Olympic & Paralympic Selection and continued preparation of the 2008 Olympic Team Further development of state high performance programs Identification and employment of appropriate coaching and technical support in the Olympic sailing program (incl SHPPs) Consolidation and further enhancement of relationship between the Olympic sailing program, the ASC, AIS , CSIRO and BOM Development of athletes to participate in the Paralympic program and attendance at key events including IFDS Worlds 2007/08 Identified Strategic Priorities & Actions

  8. 2007/08 Business as Usual Actions • Olympic & Paralympic • Commissioning teams for the ISAF Worlds, Test event and all ISAF major events • Servicing existing corporate partners • Managing the SHPP program support • Documenting all administrative procedures to ensure a legacy for the sport beyond 2008 • Developing coaches handbook information and resources • Maximising preparation opportunities for members of the AST • Commissioning teams for key Paralympic events
