Olympic & Paralympic Selection and continued preparation of the 2008 Olympic Team Further development of state high performance programs Identification and employment of appropriate coaching and technical support in the Olympic sailing program (incl SHPPs) Consolidation and further enhancement of relationship between the Olympic sailing program, the ASC, AIS , CSIRO and BOM Development of athletes to participate in the Paralympic program and attendance at key events including IFDS Worlds 2007/08 Identified Strategic Priorities & Actions
