  1. When Xxxx first lived with his/her parents he/she had to get used to a new house. All the rooms looked different. The furniture was different. The smells were different. His clothes felt different. The food was different. There were different ways of doing things, and they even had different words for some things. What a lot of different things for a little boy/girl to get used to!

  2. Xxxx had a lot to learn aboutMummy and Daddy and Mummy and Daddy had a lot to learn aboutXxxx. It must have been quite confusing for him. Perhaps a bit like going to another country or even another world! Xxxx’s parents could understand how he/she may have been feeling and they knew that in time, with love and care, Xxxx would settle.

  3. After Xxxx had lived with his/her parents for quite a long time, and when everyone knew each other very well, they all went to the court to see the Judge. The Judge had already read all about Xxxx and knew just how loveable and precious he/she was. The Judge said that Xxxx should definitely be adopted and remain part of the Bloggsfamily forever.

  4. On the 30th April 2012 when Xxxx was 2 years and 5 months old, the Judge signed the Adoption Order and Xxxx became an official member of Parentand Parent’ s family. And that is how Xxxx became Insert pictures from the court Joe Bloggs

  6. Mirror paper will be stuck here. Xxxx has been living with his/her parents for a long time now. Every day he/she is growing taller and stronger. Boris thinks you should look in the mirror to see just how big and strong you’ve grown!

  7. Insert picture of child reflecting hobby. Xxx’s been living with his/her parents for a long time now. Xxxx is looking forward to riding his bike without using his stabilizers. And with the love and support of his family, Xxxx has lots of new and exciting things to look forward to!

  8. The most important thing is that Xxxx’s parents understand him, they look after him well, they know just what he needs, and they lve him dearly. Playing in the snow is so much fun.   9. Merry Christmas Bloggs Family. Boris thinks that Xxxx’s Christmas tree is the most beautiful tree he has ever seen. Insert photos of family celebrating a festival, for example Christmas

  10. Insert photos of family celebrating special occasions such as a birthday. Xxxx and his family have had a number of celebrations together. Boris wonders what amazing celebrations Xxxx and his family will have this yearand the year after that,and the year after that, and the year after that, and the year after that,and the year after that,and the year after that, and the year after that…….

  11. Insert pictures of the family. But wherever they go and whatever they do, Xxx will always be part of the Bloggsfamily.
