On a sticky note, address the following question: What is the difference between occupations that are growing the fastest and occupations that are gaining the most new jobs? BELLWORK

  4. Occupations that are adding brand new jobs to the career field. Example: I have 3 people working for me, but I need more help, so I create job openings for 3 more people. Now I have 6 people working for me. OCCUPATIONS THAT ARE GROWING THE FASTEST

  17. Identify 1 occupation that interests you from each list. (2 total) • Write down each occupation at the top of the colored pieces of paper. (1 per page) • Show your 2 posters to me, and hand back your Top 100 Lists to me. 2 MINUTES

  18. On the colored pieces of paper, create a poster with the following info: 1. Rank 2. # of openings due to growth 3. # of openings due to separation 4. Total # of openings 5. Average hourly wage 6. Required education/training – USE THE ORANGE SHEET TO HELP YOU!!! 8 MINUTES
