  2. Waste of Money • Fast foods are very rich in calories and consist of no nutrient value. The health disadvantages of eating fast foods are many because these foods are very high in fat, sugar and calories. We all know that fast foods are prepared and served very quickly such as snacks, sweet deserts, fried food, hot pipes, burgers, pizzas etc. We all love to eat the tasty food like fast foods that are delicious in taste. But regular overeating of junk foods can contribute many serious health problems. Medically fast food is considered as unhealthy food because of harmful effects on the health.

  3. Worst Effects of eating Fast Foods • Excessive Body fat • Too much body fat is not a good sign of great health. Increased unhealthy body weight is contributing many serious health problems or may lead to premature death. Avoiding fast food is a healthy way to prevent the risk of these chronicle diseases. We all know that fast foods are very popular nowadays but high level of calories and sugar in these foods increased the risk of overweight or obesity.

  4. Heart diseases • Fast foods are increasing the risk of dying from the heart diseases. Foods that are oily in nature are contains the high level of saturated or trans fats. These fats are considered as a bad fats because they are affected the blood supply by clogging arteries and enhance the level of bad cholesterol. Too much eating of junk foods enhances the development risk of various heart diseases.

  5. Risk of Type 2 Diabetes • The risks of developing diabetes are very higher in those peoples who are overweight and following unhealthy lifestyle. We all know that diabetes is an incurable disease and mostly occurred due to eating unhealthy diet, overweight condition and physically inactiveness. There are many adverse effects of consuming frequently junk foods on the health and uncontrolled blood sugar level is one them.

  6. Risk of Liver Damage • Fast foods are premade foods that are preservative in nature and can contribute the liver damage problem. Liver is an essential organ of the body but excessive intake of the bad fat may affects its functionality by damaging it. Liver failure is commonly seen in those peoples who are addicted of eating junk foods or fast foods.

  7. Increase the Level of Stress • Processed foods that are rich is fat are also known as “pseudo stressors”. Foods that are rich in fat are also enhance the risk of developing stress. It has been found that those peoples who are addicted of eating fast foods are normally dealing with extreme stress problem as compare to others. The presence of flavor-enhancer, thickeners and preservatives in the processed foods has higher risk of developing stress.
