  5. Project Overview Install a fully Automated Parking Access and Revenue Control (APARC) System. Provide all management and supervision resources for the new parking operation. Operate and maintain a comprehensive APARC System. Provide and train all necessary staff to operate and manage the installed parking system. Collect and deposit all parking fees in a cost efficient and customer focused manner. Market, in conjunction with MARTA, paid parking facilities to maximize revenue. Provide superior customer service with a seamless customer friendly parking experience that responds to customer concerns in a timely manner. Provide MARTA with an agreed upon Percentage of Revenue each month.
