  1. Depression – A Silent Killer, Treatment Depression has been classified as a mood disorder. It can be understood as the sadness, loss or anger of a human being, which affects the everyday activities of a human being. Depression is a very common problem in today’s life full of stress. We all deal with a certain amount of stress, but when this stress is prolonged and uncontrollable, it negatively affects our brain and body and when it turns into depression. People who are living constantly under stress are more prone to depression. Depression is related to the worry or pain associated with psychology.It is considered a disease or syndrome.Failure related to relationship, financial or career can make a person depressed. It is a state when the mind and mind of a person are clouded by negativity, anxiety, tension and sadness. In this state, a person's ability to think and understand is gone and becomes incapable of taking even small decisions. Because it is a mental disease, it cannot be estimated by looking at the patient, but if we look for the symptoms. Depression is not a common disease. Happiness, peace, success, happiness, and even relationships begin to be meaningless for a person suffering from depression. What does a survey say? It can cause great harm to the person to whom it affects and ruins work, family and life. When depression reaches its worst state, it can lead to suicidal attempts. It is also known that people do not get proper treatment for mental diseases. In low-middle income countries, 85 per cent of the people do not get any treatment for this disease.
