机体接受抗原性异物刺激后,体内的抗原呈递细胞首先对抗原进行加工、处理和呈递,继而抗原特异性淋巴细胞对呈递的抗原进行识别后,引起相应的淋巴细胞发生活化、增值、分化,进而产生一系列免疫效应,从而将入侵的抗原性异物进行排除的整个生理过程,称为免疫应答( Immune response) 。. 免 疫 应 答 概 述. 免疫应答的类型: 体液免疫( B 细胞介导)、细胞免疫( T 细胞介导)和免疫耐受(特异性无应答) 免疫应答发生的场所: 主要场所为外周免疫器官(淋巴结和脾脏) 免疫应答的意义: 及时清楚外来异物,保持机体内环境的稳定,但不适当的免疫应答也会造成机体的损伤。
