  1. Lender Electronic Submission of Status Reports

  2. Lenders can access the USDA LINC website at https:usdalinc.sc.egov.usda.gov/. This is included in the email sent after a Lender Employee has been added to the system Click on the FSA icon.

  3. Hyperlink for Lender Representative to add status and default status reports

  4. Click Continue

  5. Selection is limited to the Lender ID and, if applicable, the branch the employee is authorized to access. The search will include all status types; semi-annual, default for FSA and RD, if applicable

  6. Enter data for the Status Report (continued view of screen) and Click Submit Terminate Guarantee check box

  7. If Terminate is checked an Edit box will pop up to verify that is what the user wants to do.

  8. Another message is displayed confirming that information is accurate and notifying user of penalty for false statements. Click “Yes” to submit package to FSA.

  9. If all data is acceptable, this message will appear. Select OK to continue

  10. A list of all status reports that have been entered can be obtained by clicking on the Submitted Report List button. The request screen will open in a new browser window.
