  2. People of HooVill We would offer many varieties of food that would be loved by all age groups. We would also offer a warn atmosphere that Italy would bring, it would also be “kid friendly.”

  3. Volunteer to the Community • We believe that if we support the community, the community will support us. We have done: • Relay for Life • Helped clean up HooVill • Donated to our FFA program • Donated to sporting events • And we sponsor many events

  4. Employees and Payments We offer great pay to our employees, after they are the ones making the customers happy. We have 10 employees that work 12hours a day (Sundays is 10A.M- 2P.M). We have : 4 cooks 4 waiters/waitresses 2 bus boys We pay our employees $7.50 an hour, to begin with.

  5. Menu Breakfast • Croissants • Breakfast Pizza • Eggs with Bacon or little sausages • Toast with jam or butter • Waffles • Pancakes • Biscuits and Gravy Beverages • Coffee • Orange Juice • Apple Juice • Milk (White or Chocolate)

  6. Menu Lunch • Pizza (however you want) • Bacon Cheese burger • Subs (the way you want it) • Patty Melt • Walleye Sandwich • Baby Back Ribs • Chicken • Chicken Salad • Bacon Delight ( 20 strips of bacon with sprinkle honey mustard on a toasted bun) Beverages

  7. Cost • 1.69 per pound for hamburger in bulk. The patty melt is a half pound burger. • 3.04 per pound of bacon. • 4.00 for waffle and pancake mix. • 1.29 per dozen of large eggs • 3.59 per whole chicken in bulk • 140.00 for 10 pounds of skinless walleye filets. • 4.00 per pound if bought in bulk • 4.00 for six biscuits with gravy. • 2.00 for a twelve ounce package of little sausages • Milk is 3.29 per gallon in bulk. • 3.20 for a gallon of Florida's natural orange juice.
