  2. Map of jordan. • Jordan is next to Syria and Saudi Arabia. • Jordan is in the middle east .

Levels of schools in jordan. • The first level is Primary school its from grade 1-10. • Length of program : 10 years. • Ages from 6 to 16 years old . • The second level is comprehensive secondary ( high school ) its from 11-12 grade . • Ages from 16-18 years old . • The third level is college . • Ages 18 to 23.

  5. Hours of school + school days • Hours of school its all the same for every level but in college it’s a little bet longer. • 8:00 am to 2:00 pm . College from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm . • Semester one is from September to end of January . • Semester two is from Febreuary to end of June . • Colleges only get 2 months off .

  6. Cost of schools • public schools are free and there is no buses you can go walking or you can get a ride. • Private schools cost 1.000$ to 7.000$per year .

  7. Vacations times • 1st : September to end of January • 2st : February to June • Eid : 1 week • Christmas : 2 weeks only in private schools

  8. Uniforms • In public schools we don’t wear uniforms • In private schools you have to wear uniforms • Colors : blue and white usually

  9. Discipline • If the problem wasn’t that big you will get a warning. • If you get in trouble the second time u will get a second warning . • The third time u will get suspended for 3 days . • Teachers can hit you by a ruler • Now teachers cant hit you

  10. Courses studied • Math • History • English ( 2 courses ) • Arabic ( 2 courses ) • Religion book • Science • Art if you want to • Gym • cooking

  11. Interesting information • Your nails cant’ be long • Your hair cant’ be long • Girls can’t wear earnings and neckles
