  2. To get to PATH, go to HR page on Collin College website. Click on PATH

  3. Log In to PATH Use your Novell User Name and Password.

  4. To Post a Position, you must be one of the following User Types If it doesn’t say “Originator” “Level 1” Level 2” or “LT Member” here, you need to change user type. • Originator • Level 1 • Level 2 Click here to change your User Type

  5. Change User Type 1. Click on the User Type you want to be. 2. Click on “Change Group”

  6. To Post a Position Click on “Begin New Action”

  7. You are creating a brand new position or are posting a part-time position that is not listed in PATH. You are replacing an employee and making changes to the job description. You are making changes to the job description and the current employee is STAYING in the position. You are replacing an employee and making no changes to the job description. Click on “START ACTION”

  8. To Practice on PATH go to: https://training410.peopleadmin.com/hr This is a training site and you can practice without making any changes on the actual site.
