  5. Young Kids(0-8) Kids may participate in unlimited events and adults should "use your judgement." Old Kids(9-13) Young Adults(14-40) Old Fart and Farta (41 plus)

  17. Make it SAFE: Par Q and Regular MD Check ups • Serious debate at Loyympic Central regarding physicals for the OF crowd. Decided that the OFs needed to be responsible and recognize the importance of visiting their MD prior to engaging in any exercise program. Have you seen your MD lately or do you treat your car better than yourself?

  18. Make the Commitment to be there and Share the Cost • Fill out the enclosed RSVP form (event sign up-commitment and family discussion) along with a check for $6 per person (man, woman, child) for food and prizes

Whattya need?? • Select a venue: House, park, church, school • Identify a date • Send out email newsletter/snail mail 6 months in advance to save date • Start exercising • Eating right • Preview events • Drum up interest, motivation and guilt . . . Whatever it takes to: • Get your family HEALTHY!

Send next newsletter with rsvp due • RSVP includes number, age, and events participating in • Encourage this to be a family decision • Identify potluck contribution • Number establishes prizes for kiddies orientaltrading.com - cheap gifts in volume, participation ribbons, etc. • Overall prize –typically a volume point to those who participate in the most; maybe one per age category/gender
