  2. Özel Anakent Lisesi was founded in 1986 by the mathematics teachers- Mahmut Gökşen and Çetin Atila- who have been in education business for over 40 years.

  3. Özel Anakent Lisesi ( Anakent High School) started its educational life at the academic year 1986-1987 in the statues of Anadolu (Anatolian) High School. • In 1997- 1998, Anakent Lisesi launched the General High school and foreign language oriented program called the Super High School. • In 1995- 1996 academic year, the Nursery School and the Elementary school started.

  4. Mission Anakent Educational Institutions has been founded to; • Educate students and future generations in the light of Atatürk’s principles and revolutions ,with high academic and moral values. • Help knowledge to spread in the population. • Create a pioneer school with high quality and continuity principles in education.

  5. Our objectives for Education are to bring up individuals: Who; • Strive for and incorporate the principals of Atatürk-the founder of Modern Turkey. • Generate new ideas through the applied procedure of national education systems. • Value the diversity of cultures and art.

  6. Who are; • Independent, entrepreneuiral, inquisitive and self-confident • Bilingual: fluent in English and German

  7. As one of the leading contemporary schools;in Anakent Educational institutions; • 50 students are admitted to the Nursery school • 150 students are admitted to the Elementary school • 125 students are admitted to the High school.

  8. Nursery School Duration: 3 years

  9. Elemantary School: Duration: 8 years

  10. High School: Prep. Class + 4 years Preparatory class is an intensive English based program with 24 hours English courses a week. Science classes are also taught in English.

  11. Laboratories We have scientific labs to enforce our creativity and to elaborate on scientific researches on the following fields; Physics Computer,Chemistry, Biology, Video lab We learn while we perform in these labs.

  13. Sports activities are very important in our school! Volleyball Team Basketball Team Football Team Skiing Team
