  1. OPUS-College New Features in version 3.2.2.

New Features version 3.2.2. • The audit trail structure: keeping the history of sensitive information. • Open source licensing: all code is now protected under the open source license structure. • The scholarship module: first version of the scholarship module, for testing purposes by the focal point users.

New Features version 3.2.2. • The admission process and its various steps from an admission request to fully approved admission of a student (or rejection), including registration of his/her secondary school subjects and grades. With cut-off point mechanism. • The On line continued registration process by students and its various steps from a continued registration request, through selection and customization of the programme. Includes the process of progressing a student (clear pass, Compensatory pass, etc...)and cut-off point mechanism.

  4. New Features version 3.2.2. • Results registration and (automatic) calculation. • For a course and “under a course” for exams and continuous assessment tests. • For a Studyplan of a student (Programme of study of an individual student): the end grade of the student for the year or semester or the whole Programme of Study based on the underlying course results.
