  • For him his act had 2 objectifs:

    • Try to relax the tenses in the department

    • Try to find a solution to work together again

      He tries, seeing Bill not to be accused of harassment and he wants to a face to face with Abbe and Bill during a meeting to fix the problem and to find an positive issue

  • Bill is at first concerned with the productivity of Randall and Abbe's team. He should separate them so that the rest of the team can work productively and unaffected by Randall & Abbe'ssenimental problems

    • The meeting was very interesting bill manage the situation with a lot of serenity ..

    • It's familiar fall in love with their co-workers or their bosses. Other employees typically get swept up in workplace romances through the gossip mill. But while they can't be prevented, office liaisons are not always a joy for business owners.

    • Indeed Bill don't manage the situation effectively in my mind because Randall wanted to turn everything on his partner and it's not fair i think because they have to assume both the real situation and find the effective solution in order to not handicap the way of working
