  6. Resource Center • For all men in the community • Access for needs – secure assistance • Advocate • Broker Services • Promotes positive father engagement in a child's life

  7. Mens Groups Tuesday and Thursday nights 6pm to 8pm Monday nights 5:30pm to 7pm (Spanish) Topics: Time Management, Effective Communication, Ages and Stages, Recognizing responsibility for emotions, Managing Depression, Anger Management, Men's Health

  8. Workshops that connect with children: -Yoga with Dads -Man Plays with Food -I Am Moving I Am Learning -Silly Slimy Science

  10. Leadership for Life A program designed for men that teaches them how to advocate for themselves, their children and families.

Leadership for Life: • Health: Assessing Health Care • Health care coverage for your child • Well Child visits • Asking questions • Nutrition: Providing Safe, Healthy, Delicious Food • Protecting your child from obesity • Good groceries and where to get them • Cooking and eating with your child • Education: Partnering with Schools • Parent/teacher conferences • Attending School events • Requesting an individual Education Plan
