Documentation, Invoicing & Payment Process • Exhibitors should give the details of the projects including project approvals, stage of construction, payment plan, etc. being showcased in the exhibitions, which needs to be submitted to the local authorities • The payment should be against the invoice amount, without any tax deduction as MSRE has no base in India and there is no taxation policy in UAE. In turn MSRE will be complied to all taxation rules of South Africa for organizing the exhibition. • Participation needs to be confirmed by making 100% payment upfront against invoice. • Document Required for Travel to Durban , • ***Passport with minimum 3 months validity • ***Letter from the employer authorizing him to travel • ***Invitation letter from the organizer mentioning the accommodation & Itinerary . • ***Visa Application on B1-84. • ***Medical certificate on B1-811. • ***Radiological report form on B1-806.
