CJ&MG Trading • INTRODUCTION TO CJ&MG • CJ&MG Trading is the export agent for the wine imported by GSAV into China • We started at the beginning of 2009 with three wine estates and exported 3 containers to China. • We have exclusivity on 24 wine estates in our portfolio, which ranges from the entry level wines, mid-range and premium range wines. • In 2010 we exported 12 containers to GSAV and this year we are looking to more than double that, with the strong support from all of you I am sure this will be easily achieved. • One of our main functions is to identify wine estates that have wines suitable for the Chinese market and the estate has the capacity to supply the immediate and long term requirements of the market. The selection process is done together with Cecilia and William. • We coordinate and process the wine orders with the wine estates and ensure the containers of wine and the documentation gets to GSAV as quickly as possible and can be cleared by customs without any problems.

South Africa has the advantage of being able to supply foreign markets with regionally diverse wine styles which highlight the Cape's biodiversity. • We can boast that Niel Joubert won 2 awards in China.

CJ&MG Trading • SAV PORTFOLIO • Our SAV portfolio is a reflection of the diversity of the South African wine industry. • We have managed to secure 5 year exclusivity contracts for SAV to market these wines in China : • - One of SA most famous wine estates : Groot Constantia. • - One of SA largest wine groups Distell : Alto, Jacobsdal, Neethlingshof, Plasir de Merle & Stellenzicht. • - Premium wine estates : Tokara, Thelema, Morgenhof, Hartenberg & Backsberg. • - Wine estates with exceptional good value quality wines Niel Joubert, Zandvliet, Mooiplaas, Dornier, Freedom Hill, Knorhoek. • - Great entry level wines : Van Loveren Fives Reserve, Simonsvlei, Namaqua. • We trust that there is sufficient variety and price points to meet your requirements and those of your customers.

CJ&MG Trading WINES ESTATES IN CHINA I have great pleasure to introduce 5 representatives from 10 wine estates: Cape Legends / Distell – Isobel & Schalk representating Alto, Stellenzicht, Jacobsdal, Neethlingshof and Plaisir de Merle. Niel Joubert – Charles Withington the Marketing Manager of the estate situated on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountain in Paarl. Withington – Charles Withington the Owner of the estate situated in the West Coast area of Darling. Groot Constantia – Boela Gerber the Winemaker at the oldest and most historic of wine farm in South Africa situated in Constantia. Simonsvlei – Leonhard van der Berg the Managing Director of Simonsvlei located in Paarl. Grande Provence – Ralton Adams, Sales and Marketing Manager for the estate situated in Franschhoek.
