Healthcare Oregon Pathways to Employment (HOPE) for 875 Oregonian Job Seekers Train, Place, and Retain participants in a variety of middle-skill healthcare jobs • Opportunities for unemployed, dislocated, under-skilled individuals • Projections indicate demand will remain robust in the Oregon economy • Supporting families through fair wages • Gateways to other healthcare occupations allowing advancement and increasing income

Training Goals • Comprehensive Outreach and recruitment strategy inclusive of diverse populations • Develop a training plan to meet their career and academic goals • Short-term trainings developed with input from industry partners • Industry recognized certificates and degrees • Clear employment possibilities in growing, high demand fields, enabling quick job placement
