Training Goals • Comprehensive Outreach and recruitment strategy inclusive of diverse populations • Develop a training plan to meet their career and academic goals • Short-term trainings developed with input from industry partners • Industry recognized certificates and degrees • Clear employment possibilities in growing, high demand fields, enabling quick job placement
