This will help prevent you from having long term damage, such as damage to the nerve, which can result in root canal.

Until you come to see us please ensure you do the following: Rinse your mouth well with water Apply pressure with a piece of gauze or a wet teabag on any bleeding areas for about 10 minutes or until the bleeding stops To reduce swelling and pain, apply a cold pack to the cheek or lips over the broken tooth Take an over-the-counter pain reliever
