ADVANCE IU MARKETING – CHAPTER SOCIAL MEDIA, FORMS, AND EMAIL CHECK-IN How to request a new email • Email chapweb@indiana.edu to request an email. • Your ASC (Alumni Services Coordinator) will remind you of your designated send week and help determine which day will be best to send. • Your ASC will assist you in collecting all the content and images needed to your email. • Marketing will create, code, and send your email.

At least one sentence of description, preferably more.

ADVANCE IU MARKETING – CHAPTER SOCIAL MEDIA, FORMS, AND EMAIL CHECK-IN Use registration forms for: • Big events that include a ticket limit or a payment (i.e. Annual IU Night at the Chicago White Sox) • Events that require numbers or other information (IU Cares volunteering) • For less formal count or RSVP functionality, use Facebook and a calendar item. We can link to FB events from your IUAA calendar.

  10. CUSTOMIZE HEADER: VIEW MENU/HEADER AND FOOTER RSVP Reports • Easy way to see who’s attending • ASC can run RSVP report at any time for you • A list will be sent to you before each event
