National Motor Vehicle Titling Information System (NMVTIS)

The regulation will require an a recycling or salvage facilities to file a monthly report that must contain an inventory of all junked automobiles or salvage automobiles obtained:

(A) vehicle identification number of each vehicle obtained;

(B) date on which the vehicle was obtained;

(C) name of individual or entity from whom vehicle obtained;

(D) a statement of when vehicle crushed or disposed or sold
