Human Resources • Professional Development and Evaluation Programs • 12 hours of professional development training each fiscal year • Mandatory Trainings: ADA, Sexual Harassment completed within 30 days of employment (re-do the courses every two years) • On-line courses or classroom setting • Classes are taken during clock time • Supervisors can suggest courses. Courses need to be approved by supervisor. • Tied to performance evaluations. • Register on-line for courses
