After that, he was selected as a Presiding Judge at Auburn Municipal Court which was a full time elective position.   2. A resident of Seattle, WA, Patrick Burns Judge is a qualified and reputed law professional with years of experience. He endeavors to preserve the independence and integrity of the judicial system while observing high standards which brilliantly reflects his commitment towards public service. He received Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Washington and later joined School of Law at the University of Puget. He then enrolled in Washington State Judicial College and also studied General Jurisdiction at National Judicial college to further enhance his knowledge and excel in the field.
