  2. Claim admin access • AZgives.razoo.com/nonprofits, click “get started.” • Please select that you are with Arizona Gives Day. Admin access requests take 1-2 business days to process. • Log-in to your account • AZgives.razoo.com, click “Log in,” then “My Organization” • Use the cause setup box • Tell your story • Include suggested donation amounts • Customize your url • Upload videos and images with captions • Create a thank you video and message • Set up a matching grant • Integrate social media Create your page 2

  3. Tell the story of how your nonprofit meets specific needs in Arizona. Stories let you engage donors at an emotional level, giving is an emotional activity • Highlight the value of a donor’s investment with suggested donation amounts • Self-select into 3 categories • Create a custom url Create your page: Edit 3

  6. Spread the word via social media • Ask supporters to donate their facebook/twitter accounts and link their networks to your giving day page • Use QR codes at live events for easy mobile giving Create your page: Share 6

  7. An e-mail notification is sent when a donation is made • Click the donations tab to view donor information and download the report into a .CSV file • Donations are disbursed on the 10th of each month. Arizona Gives donations will be sent on April 10th via check, or you can sign up for an electronic funds transfer: Razoo.com/eft Create your page: Donations 7

  8. Display a dollar-for-dollar matching grant on your page • The match does not need to be verified through Razoo • The matching grant icon will appear on your page at midnight of the start date and track the amount left of the grant as donations are made Create your page: Matching Grants 8
