  • Driving Around

  • Although these methods work, there are other ways, like networking, that can be more effective

  • Go to local banks that loan money to people in the community

  • Talk to the asset manager

  • Tell them what you do

  • You don’t have to borrow money from them

  • Approach them as if you’re doing them a favor- taking assets off their books quickly

  • A great way to get leads

  • Tell everyone what you do

  • If you clearly describe what you do, you’ll find you can get leads from everyone- friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers
