  5. Activities can be divided as Three Parts • A. Collection of Materials/Documents and Information • B. Passing the Materials/Documents and Information to the Hajees • C. Conducting Training Classes and Medical Camps

  6. Collection of Materials/Documents and Information • The work of a Trainer Starts with collection of Material/Documents:- • 1. List of hajees allotted with Contact details • 2. Haj Guidelines and Rules • 3. Circulars issued by the HCI and • 4. Any other documents or material which is helpful for Hajees such as sample of Baggage Sticker, Haj Guide etc

  8. Start the work by contacting the Hajis – Prepare a Diary or Note • Please categorize the Hajis by • Education • Age • Health • Mode of Selection KLR/KLF/Ladies without Mehram • Profession • NRI • Haj/Umrah Experience

It is important work of a Trainer to collect the information including the latest information from HCoI The Trainer should collect all Information includes the latest information from the HCoI and SHC. Such as Amount of Payment and its date in Two Stages. Submission of Passport and other documents Details of Haj training Classes Vaccination details Date of journey and return Details and Procedure Haj Camp etc

Passing the information and Documents to the Hajees • The first duty of a Trainer is to have a personal interaction with his Hajees over phone and in Person and build up good relation. • Try to provide documents such as Pay in Slip, Medical Screening Certificate, if needed • Passing time to time information such as Payment, submission of Documents etc. • Supporting for inoculation and Providing Materials • Prepare a sample of Bag Sticker in consultation with SHC and pass the same to the Hajees

  14. Conducting Training Classes and Medical Camps The most important duty of a Trainer is to conduct the Training classes in Three Level and also try to conduct Medical Camp. The trainer has to collect all the materials and information in this regard. He is to be prepared and to apportion the details accordingly

First Level Training Class In the first level Training the following matters are to included The Role of SHC, HCoI and CGI, KH, MUALLIM The Importance of Trainers and three level Training Payment details and submission of Documents Differences in Accommodation Category Adhahi Coupon Vaccination Preliminary Health Precautions Date of Journey and Preliminary preparation Namaz in the journey, Jamaat (for women) and Janaza namaz Using European style toilet, Lifts, Gas etc. Preliminary details about the luggage. Date of Remittance of Second • Installment Amount : ??? • Amount - For 2019, not finalized yet. • In 2018, it was (Mumbai Embarkation) • For Azzezia Category - Rs 1,25,450/- • (Total Amount for Azeezia – Rs 2,06,450/-) • For Green Category - Rs 1,60,100/- • (Total Amount for Green – Rs 2,41,100/-) New: Second Installment : Rs. 1,20,000 before 20th March, 2019

PRECAUTIONS AND PREPARATIONS BEFORE THE JOURNEY • PHYSICAL FITNESS & MENTAL READYNESS • Prepare yourself for Haj • Exercise Daily • Walk 3-5 Kms Daily • Family, Social and Business Commitments • Stop Smoking and Any other addiction. • Grow beard. Its more hygienic if maintained in Islamic way.

  28. Second Level training Class This is the most important session of the Training. All most all issues related to the Haj journey to be discussed Evaluating the preparation and Documentation up to the second level Class Procurement of Documents Details of Luggage What are the things to be taken and what not The details of Journey and Precautions to be taken in the Journey Process and Procedures in different places such as Haj Camp, Airport in India, Saudi. Flight and so on Journey details.. Haj Camp- Airport in India & Saudi – Makkah –Mina- Arafa- Muzdalifa- Mina- Makka- Madeena- return Medical Precautions in India and Saudi- Facilities Facilities and Difficulties in Different Places The Importance of Makkah - Madeena and Security aspects The Rituals …

Third Level Training Class The Last level of Training should be conducted for final evaluation about the preparation and refreshing & updating the information Pass the latest information from the HCoI and SHC Give the exact Journey details such as date, reporting time. Reminding to complete the documentation Collection of Documents Procure a Self Medical Report Reminding the Procedures in the different places Delay in Transit in different Places
