  2. Awards Procedures • Balanced panel of index industry experts. • Open nominations process. Accepted online and by email. • Nominees screened by panel for to fit category and timeframe. • Panel was presented with an outline of and links to information for each nominee. • The aim is to select as a winner the most innovative product with the greatest potential impact on the index industry. • Voters with any interest in any nominee in a category cannot vote in that category. • One vote for each category. • Highest number of votes wins.

  3. Lifetime Achievement Award The First Annual Version of this Award is presented posthumously to honor Timothy Harbert of State Street Global Advisors • The award will be known in future years as the “Tim Harbert Lifetime Achievement Award”
