  1. How to Take care of your Breast, Inside & Out

  2. Breasts are made of body’s most soft skin tissues. They are a vital part of women’s body that is essential to nourish off springs and to retain lust. Caring them from inside and out is the only solution to maintain its beauty for ages as in each period, women’s breast tend to change the shape and size. Therefore Special care is needed for breasts to maintain its shape.

  3. Why not we first talk about loving your breast from out? As dearly your face is to you, your breasts too need the special attention. When applying moisturiser and sun screen lotion on face, we intentionally avoid rubbing hands down the neck. To treat sun damage and pigmentation, consider getting a photo facial.  Yes, to maintain good breast health, moisturize the thin, creepy skin on the chest with a really thick lotion -- the equivalent of a night cream. Go for a moisturizer with ingredients that bind water to the skin, such as hyaluronic acid or cocoa butter. You can very well apply sunscreen lotions too. Sunscreen lotions protect breast skin both from skin cancer and from the breakdown of collagen and elastin that causes sagging. When you are in beach in bikinis apply slathering SPF 60 sunscreen all over when you're undressed; then put on your bathing suit and head out the door.

  4. Love your breast from in. The larger breasts are, the more essential it is to support them. Bouncing stretches out the ligaments, so you want a bra with cups that are sited properly, one that shapes the breasts and keeps them compressed tightly against the chest wall. When you plan to buy sports bras, look for ones with shaped cups -- the tighter, the better.  You might think your bra fits fine and that tugging at dangling straps is a uncomfortable face of dressing up. But you'd be surprised: Eight out of 10 women wear the wrong size bra.

  5. Often, the ill fit is caused by a band that's too big around the ribcage. "Major portion of the support comes from the bra band," says Olivia Krishnan, fashion designer of shyaway.com, the largest multi brand online lingerie portal in India. If your straps do slip off your shoulders, your band is too large. Buy a bra that snugs warmly when clasped on the loosest hooks. (You'll use the tighter hooks as the bra loosens out over time.)  When the band is the right size, it should be firm around your rib cage, but you should still be able to slip a finger under it.  If you haven't had a professional fitting in some time -- and especially if you've recently lost or gained weight, or given birth -- visit a lingerie boutique or an online lingerie store where a specialist can size you up. A few supplements can help sore, cystic breasts: Vitamin B6, vitamin E, and two capsules of evening primrose oil may ease sensitivity and bumps caused by fibrocystic breast disease.

  6. A good breast health is essential for prevention of breast cancer. Breast cancer is accounted for the world’s second largest deadliest cancer. Timely monitoring of breast tissues, cysts and regular cleaning of breast and nipples are very important for hygiene. Cleaning nipples are highly essential as infections are prone to be developed in sensitive skin nearer to areola.
