  3. Working with zero voltage 1. Safety regulation: Isolate To isolate means the disconnection of ring main units, a feeder or a switchgear allover. Every cable guiding voltage to the working place ist to be disconnected. Make safe distance! Use personal safety clothes Swithings must be done by right switchgears, like circuit breakers or disconnectors. Change HRC- fuses loaf-free, better with zero voltage.
