What the system does as a whole? • The Accounting and Finance information system is mainly a computer-based methodology that collects and process transaction data and communicates the financial information for the airline company. The main process includes storing, retrieving, processing and analyzing the company's financial data. • Accounting and finance information system is important in an airline company because the information it outputs is where the company relies the most to create decisions.

  5. Difference of system to other system. • The accounting and finance system differs in a regular system having the same concept in some ways. The proposed system has a virtual environment in the approach of reports, like the ledger. Any personnel, with or without background in the information technology would be able to use and navigate inside the system. The added feature was also the monitoring system, it records the activities of the personnel logged in the system, together with the transaction made and the name of the personnel. The system also has to be connected in LAN to integrate with other concerned sub-system. By this method the company would be able to save time and effort by collecting the reports from other departments.
