  • Emphasis on Improvement Planning: “Think RDA”

    • Both at the SEA and LEA Level.

    • 5 Year “SAM” Cycle now associated with LEA “PIR”.

    • Connection or “Bridges” to other System Activities:

      • MTSS

      • RTI

      • SPDG Efforts
