  2. PI „Šiauliai Region Development Agency“ was established in1994. • PI „Šiauliai Region Development Agency“ has 11 shareholders. The largest part of shares belongs to Šiauliai City Municipality. • PI “Šiauliai Region development Agency” was established to intensify Šiauliai district social and economical growth, the growth of the knowledge community PI “Šiauliai Region Development Agency"

  3. PI “Šiauliai Region Development Agency” increases the competitiveness of Šiauliai region not only carrying out project activities. This objective is also implemented using other measures as well – by improving professional and general competences of businessmen, farmers, retraining them and giving consultations if necessary. PI “Šiauliai Region Development Agency"

  4. Variety and quality of PI “Šiauliai Region Development Agency” services is warrant by three departments Business consulting Project arrangement and management Training PI “Šiauliai Region Development Agency"

  5. Activities in project LLIV-322 Activities in WP 1: Project management; Assisting in organization of Work group meeting and Steering group meeting in Siauliai. PI “Šiauliai Region Development Agency"

  6. Activities in WP2 • Research on accessibility of social services. • Organizing seminars „Needs and integration opportunities for people with disabilities” in 13 municipalities in Lithuania.

  7. Activities in WP3 • Organizing seminars „Promoting social integration of people with functional impairments by using Universal Design principles” in 13 municipalities in Lithuania.

  8. Activities in WP4 • Forum organization "Common view providing accessibility for all people – UD as social integration promoting factor”; • Creation section in website and uploading information; • Publishing 15 press articles; • Making 2 TV broadcasts; • Organizing society campaign in Siauliai and Klaipeda region in 12 municipalities; • Creation of data base with map.
