Our 6 week workshops are a safe space designed to help you overcome low mood and obtain new tips and tools to boost your mood.   3. How to enjoy social situations Do you get nervous about talking in groups or crowds? Do you worry about social events and what to say in groups? Do you dread or avoid social situations and wish you could enjoy them more? Do you feel isolated due to not feeling confident enough to enjoy social situations? Then Our 6 week Social anxiety group can help! With the help of the counsellors running the group, you can develop tools and techniques to aid you in coping better and managing your feelings of anxiety in social situations.
