  3. Psychological effects of a runner Q: What is psychology? A:It is the science of behaviour and mental process. Q: What are the psychology effects? A:Stress relief, anxiety relief, confidence, it can also be a mood booster, improved memory, decrease fatigue, fight addiction and positive relationships

  4. Psychological effects of a runner Q: Do psychological effects harm runners? A: Yes, but all of them is injuries. Q: When will it be the best time to run/jog? A: Morning. Q: When do psychological effects happen? A: When domestic damage and abuse is done to the person.

  5. Diet for fitness Q: What must they eat to lose weight? A: They must eat food which contains carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. Q:What food is healthy? A:Whole grain pasta, bread, eggs, beans, salmon, sweet potatoes, low-fat yoghurt, bananas, peanut butter and carrots.

  6. Diet for runners Q: Can runners eat junk food? A: We couldn’t find anything on the internet. However, we think that runners can eat junk food, but not too often. Q: Are vitamins included in their diets? A: Yes, vitamins are included in their diet.

  7. Diet for runners Q: Will they get any energy from vitamins? A: No, they will not get any vitamins from their diets. Q: Why must they eat healthy food? A: In order to be fit and healthy( We think) Q: Do runners drink more water or energy juices? A: Runners need to drink more energy juices

  8. Diet for Runners Q: Is calcium included in their diet? A: Yes, calcium is included in their diet. Q: How much fat do runners need to stay healthy? A: Less than 25 % Q: Is diet important for runners? A: Yes.

  9. Diet for runners Q: Do runners eat a lot? A: We are also not sure. Q: How do we measure fats? A: You can use the body fat calculators.
