  2. CHRISTMAS TRADITION IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC Oneoftypical Czech Christmastraditionsisbakingsweetcokies.OurMumsalwaysbake a lot ofvariantsofsweets but ourfavouriteChristmassweets are Vanillarolls.

Vanillarolls /recipe • The most popularoftheChristmas cookies are Vanilla rolls. • Ingredients: • 70g of walnuts • 140g of butter • 70g of sugar • 39 gram packets of vanilla sugar • 220g of smooth flour • 1 york of egg • Method: • Cream and mix the butter,sugar, vanilla sugar and york. Add the milk grinded, flour and mix. Then leave the dough to rest (1-2 hours). Next shape the dough into a crescent shape andbake them ( 180°C ) untilthey are light golden brown . • Good taste for you !
